Mentoring
I discovered my love for mentoring in the Spring of 2021 when I participated in the WeMentoring Pilot program by Women In Tech Cluj. I signed up as both a mentor and a mentee. As a mentor, I was looking to teach others about agility and Scrum, and as a mentee, I wanted to take the next steps in building my personal brand.
This was a powerful personal development experience for me because it allowed me to understand myself better, understand my values and live by them daily, boosting my overall confidence.
The entire experience made me a better version of myself, and I am looking to do the same for you.
