The primary goal of this service is to improve the agile knowledge of the individual or the team. Through agile mentoring, professionals develop a deeper understanding of agile values, principles, and practices, ultimately leading to increased productivity, improved quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

I provide personalized one-on-one guidance and support to help individuals strengthen their grasp of agile methodologies, aligning their professional growth with specific goals. Whether co-creating a tailored agile development plan or addressing specific challenges, these sessions cater to your unique needs. Additionally, they can be used to prepare for certifications like the Professional Scrum Master™ or Professional Scrum Product Owner™.

Team Mentoring
I collaborate closely with your team to assess current practices, identify improvement areas, and offer guidance in implementing customized agile frameworks. This includes clarifying roles and responsibilities, delivering workshops and training on selected frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), aiding in Agile Project Management tool selection and implementation, establishing effective communication channels, and providing valuable insights and solutions for successful agile practices.
