I am an Agile Professional with over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. I support geo-distributed multi-cultural teams & organizations, as well as individuals from different parts of the world, with expanding their Agile knowledge, optimizing their practices and tools usage.

Project Management: Agile vs Waterfall

I had the pleasure to meet with the startups accepted in the Startup Reaktor incubator, where I shared valuable information regarding working methodologies and some of the available project management tools on the market. 

12 April 2022Mentor at F&B Business Accelerator

During the F&B Business Accelerator I met with representatives of 7 start-ups accepted in this program. I held an interactive presentation aimed to help them pick the right working methodology for them, highlighting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
